The Supporting Foundational Skills document is a handy guide for planning activities and strategies that can help children grow and learn.  Some of the Kansas Early Learning Standards are a bit advanced for young children at their current age.  This document provides examples of ways adults can engage with young children to lay the foundation in developing skills for success in the future.
